The title of Miss and Outstanding Teen comes with a crown, sash, and other prizes. These young ladies are given scholarship funds and will go on to compete at the Miss Florida and Miss Florida Outstanding Teen competition as this city’s representative. Our titles are sponsored by local businesses and supported by the community and so, she spends her year-long reign making appearances at festivals, fundraisers, and city events when she isn’t at school.
The Miss South Florida Team of titleholders are young women with passion, talent, and courage. They are kind, graceful, and constantly learning. They are role models for young ladies and a representative of South Florida, The Florida Everglades and The City of Homestead everywhere they go.
